Before you go…

What if I've never tried VR?

Perfect — the vast majority of our guests are experiencing virtual reality for the first time. Our headsets are wireless and lightweight. Our team will guide you every step of the way. No experience necessary.

Are there any risks? Is it suitable for children?

The experience is suitable for children aged 8 and over, with no scary content or sudden movements. Our headsets are cleaned between each session. If you are prone to travel sickness, please let our team at reception know.

Can I come without booking?

Sessions are limited to a maximum of 16 people and fill up quickly, especially at weekends. We strongly recommend booking online to secure your place.
