Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale are provided for information purposes only. Please have them validated by your legal advisor.

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Immersia Experience and any person making a booking for a VR experience.

2. Booking

Bookings can be made online, by phone or on site. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

3. Pricing

Prices are stated in euros, including tax. They may change at any time, but the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation and changes

You may cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the experience. After that, no refund will be issued.

5. Access to the experience

Access to the experiences is subject to compliance with the safety instructions and the minimum age (8 years old). Immersia reserves the right to refuse access to anyone not meeting these conditions.

6. Liability

Immersia Experience accepts no liability in the event of misuse of the equipment or failure to comply with the safety instructions.

7. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. They are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.

🚨 8. Birthdays — Allergies & dietary requirements

Mandatory declaration: when booking a birthday party, the customer (parent or legal guardian) undertakes to declare any food allergy, intolerance or specific diet (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, halal, kosher, etc.) of the child and of ALL the guests present. This declaration must be made via the online form, by email or by phone, at the latest 72 hours before the event.

Severe allergies / anaphylaxis: in the case of a severe allergy (peanuts, tree nuts, egg, milk, gluten, etc.), the customer must explicitly inform Immersia. For children requiring emergency treatment (Epipen auto-injector, etc.), the presence of a trained responsible adult with a medical kit on site is MANDATORY.

Snack adaptation: Immersia undertakes to adapt the snack and drinks provided as far as possible. In the case of a complex or multiple allergy, Immersia reserves the right to ask the customer to provide the snack for the child concerned themselves, with no price reduction.

Limitation of liability: in the event of non-declaration or incomplete declaration at the time of booking, Immersia Experience cannot be held liable for any allergic or adverse reaction occurring during the service. The child or their parents remain solely responsible for the information provided.

Traceability: the products used (cakes, biscuits, drinks) may contain, or have been in contact with, major allergens (gluten, milk, egg, peanut, tree nuts, soya, etc.). If in doubt, ask for the traceability sheet when placing your order.

⚠️ In the absence of an allergy declaration, Immersia cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in the service.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Immersia Experience’s registered office.
