Everything you want to know about our VR experiences, booking, groups and the welcome at Immersia.

Around the experience 7
How long should I allow? +

Allow about 40 minutes in total: 10 minutes of welcome and briefing, then 30 minutes of virtual reality immersion. Arrive a little early to store your belongings and get equipped.

How does the experience work? +

It begins with a welcome and briefing from our team, who explain how it works. You are then fitted with a VR headset before entering the room for 30 minutes of immersion. The team then helps you remove the equipment.

Do you stand the whole time? +

Yes, the experience is enjoyed standing and on the move, with free roaming and occasional crouching. If you are tired, less steady or in a wheelchair, the experience can be adapted so you can enjoy it comfortably.

Can I wear glasses or contact lenses? +

Yes. You can keep your glasses on: the team helps you adjust the headset with or without them for the best comfort. The experience is also compatible with contact lenses.

Can it cause dizziness or nausea? +

Thanks to our free-roaming technology and the way our experiences are designed, dizziness or nausea is extremely rare. In rare cases some people may feel it slightly; a team is present throughout to support you.

What happens if I don't feel well during the immersion? +

You can stop the experience at any time. A team member will immediately accompany you out of the room safely, and you can rest at reception, with no pressure at all.

Are there any rules for children? +

The immersion is open from age 8 (and from 1.30 m tall). Children must remain under the constant supervision of an adult. If a child wishes to stop, an adult must accompany them out of the room: our team cannot supervise outside the immersion.

Can I change or cancel my booking? +

Do I need to print my ticket? +

No need to print: we scan your ticket directly from your phone. You can print it if you prefer to have the access map handy.

What if I'm late? +

Call us as soon as possible. Depending on the time and the ongoing sessions, we will do our utmost to offer you a suitable solution.

Can I give or use a gift card? +

Pricing & payment 3
What are the prices? +

Up-to-date prices (full, reduced, group) are shown directly on our online ticketing, so you can choose the option that suits you.

Do you offer a group rate? +

Yes, a preferential rate is available for groups. The conditions (minimum size, terms) are stated on the ticketing or by contacting us.

What proof do I need for a reduced rate? +

Present valid proof matching the discount requested (student card, proof of jobseeker status, disability document, or ID for minors).

Accessibility & health 8
From what age can you take part? +

From age 8, and from 1.30 m tall. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the session.

Is the experience accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM)? +

Yes, the experience is accessible to people with reduced mobility, with wheelchairs available on site. Let the team know on arrival so they can welcome you in the best conditions.

Can someone with a heart condition, epilepsy or a pacemaker take part? +

For safety reasons, people with heart conditions, pacemaker wearers or those prone to epilepsy cannot take part in the virtual reality experience.

Can I take part while pregnant? +

The experience involves movement and crouching, which may be uncomfortable depending on the stage of pregnancy. We recommend consulting your doctor; a chair can be provided for your comfort.

Can a deaf or hard-of-hearing person follow the experience? +

The experience is not subtitled and is therefore not suitable for deaf people. Hard-of-hearing people with hearing aids can enjoy it: sound is delivered through speakers built into the headset, with adjustable volume.

Is the experience suitable for colour-blind people? +

Yes. The experience relies mainly on 3D scenes, volumes and movement rather than exact colour perception: colour blindness does not hinder the immersion.

Can elderly people take part? +

Absolutely. If you are frail or have balance difficulties, we recommend using a wheelchair or coming accompanied to fully and safely enjoy the session.

Are the VR headsets cleaned between sessions? +

Yes, the headsets and their foams are systematically cleaned and disinfected after each session, with a rigorous hygiene protocol applied throughout the day.
